Meeting Spaces at the SOVA Innovation Hub
The SOVA Innovation Hub campus includes two buildings at 715 and 801 Wilborn Avenue in South Boston, Virginia. We offer meeting spaces for small teamss, workshops, and larger gatherings. All rooms require reservations and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Training Space

The Training Space is equipped with two large-screen displays, A/V setup, video conference capabilities, and, depending on room configuration, seating for up to 40 attendees.
The Spark Meeting Room

This meeting room is sure to spark innovation! Equipped with a whiteboard, Bluetooth TV display, table, and 5 chairs.

Large Conference Room A

A flexible space for workshops, trainings, and presentations, with U-shape, classroom-style rows, and auditorium seating options. Seats up to 75 people. Can be combined with Large Conference Room B to seat up to 148 people.
Large Conference Room B

A flexible space for workshops, trainings, and presentations, with U-shape, classroom-style rows, and auditorium seating options. Seats up to 75 people. Can be combined with Large Conference Room A to seat up to 148 people.
Small Conference Room C

A space for one-on-one conversations and small meetings, with a conference table and four chairs.
Medium Conference Room D

Gather your team for meetings and planning sessions around a conference table with eight chairs.

Full Day Reservations
Reservations of eight or more hours in one day receive a 10% discount. Contact us for help planning a full-day or multi-day reservation.
Member Discounts
Individuals and organizations with an active, paid membership for the SOVA Innovation Hub coworking space are eligible for discounted use of our meeting spaces.
Nonprofit Discounts
Eligible nonprofit organizations receive a 50% discount on meeting room reservations across the SOVA Innovation Hub Campus, including both buildings.
To apply, provide proof of nonprofit status and a brief description of how your organization serves Southern Virginia. Approved organizations will receive a discount code to use when booking.
