Flex Day Offices

A private office when you need it, without a monthly lease. Perfect for focused work, video calls, or a day away from your usual workspace. Available only at the Hub at 801, beginning early 2027.
Virtual Office

Have your mail delivered to a professional address. Mail pickup by appointment, 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday). Amenities include business address, mail and package receiving, and mail and package forwarding (additional fee) *Cost of postage is $10 minimum

Private offices with lockable doors give you the freedom to fully customize the space to reflect your work style and personality with unlimited access to the coworking space 8:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday-Friday). Includes 8 free hours in the Spark meeting room, 1 free full day reservation of the Training Space, and 20% off all additional meeting space reservations.

Phone Booths
The phone booths are private soundproof spaces for coworking members to take virtual meetings or phone calls. The booths are shared by members and can be booked for use with a Flex or Dedicated Desk membership. There are two phone booths available. *Reserved for Flex and Dedicated Desk coworking members only.
Wellness & Mothers Room
A private and comfortable space at the SOVA Innovation Hub. Whether you’re a nursing mother or need a space for a virtual doctor visit, you can rely on this lockable room. Reservation of this space requires approval from the Community Manager. *Can be reserved in certain circumstances without a membership. Call (434) 570-1305 or email us for details.
Podcast Studio
The Hub at 801 will include a dedicated podcast studio, with equipment you can use to record your own creative content. Until then, you’re welcome to reserve The Spark meeting room and bring your own equipment.
