The SOVA Innovation Hub was alive with excitement as the Youth Activities Fair brought together over 90 attendees to explore local opportunities tailored to the youth community. Hosted on May 2nd, the event showcased a diverse array of organizations, businesses, and clubs dedicated to providing enriching experiences for young people in Halifax County.
The following organizations were present to educate parents about the wide range of programs, lessons, sports, and additional opportunites available for youth in the community.
The event, which ran from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, featured highlights including Sunset Slush Bus, networking opportunities, games, activities, and giveaways.
“We’re thrilled to see such a strong turnout and excitement for our Youth Activities Fair,” said Mallory Lawter, SOVA Innovation Hub Community Manager. “It’s encouraging to witness the community coming together to support our youth and educate them on opportunities for growth and development.”
