Working remotely doesn’t mean you have to work from home, especially if you don’t have space for a home office or are struggling with internet speeds and reliability. A coworking membership gives you a professional environment with dependable internet. The distance to snacks might be just as short as it is at home – we have a kitchenette inside the space.
Consider a private office membership so you can set up your space the way you want. Private offices are fully furnished with ergonomic chairs and stand-up desks. They are lockable and have wired fiber internet which is even faster than our WiFi.
New Business Founder
So you want to start a business, but you don’t have enough cash flow or enough employees to justify your own office space? It’s expensive to stand-up a physical business location. Rent, utilities, furnishing, and insurance start adding up quickly. Plus, do you really want to deal with cleaning and maintenance?

A dedicated desk membership comes with a lockable drawer and the use of our professional mailing address. This membership also allows for 6 hours of free conference room use if you’ll be having the occasional in-person client meeting.
If you anticipate regular client meetings, a private office membership will give you your own space to meet clients one-on-one without needing to reserve a conference room. Each private office is furnished with an adjustable desk, desk chair, and guest chair.
Existing Business Owner
If you often find yourself leaving the office to drive to Halifax and meet customers, it might be time to establish a satellite office here at the SOVA Innovation Hub. A private office membership or a dedicated desk would be perfect for your second (or third) business location. Virtual classes are here to stay, and the dining room table isn’t the most ergonomic place to listen to lectures. Plus, spotty internet can ruin a timed exam.
You’ll like our monthly flex membership. Bring your laptop and textbooks, find an open seat, and get to work. This is the cheapest monthly option, but you still get all the amenities like free printing and coffee. Pop into the phone booth when you need an extra-quiet place to take an exam.
Visitor
Halifax County is a great place to visit! If you need to get a bit of work done during your vacation, reserve a daily flex pass and stop by for the day to check emails or have a video call.
